Paola Gentry
Director of College Counseling
- Hometown: I moved quite a bit growing up having attended 8 schools K-12 in cities including: Gastonia, NC; Upland, CA; Kewanee, IL; and Peoria, IL
- Alma Mater: Williams College, Syracuse University
- Professional Career: As the product of a liberal arts education at Williams I have had several “careers” prior to my time at D-E with my most recent position at the Office at Admission at Vassar College as the Associate Director of Admission.
- Additional roles at D-E: Member of the Diversity Committee
- Favorite D-E Tradition: annual lunches hosted by parent groups along with student group presentations during assembly for various holidays and special events

- Hobbies: Working on puzzles, discovering new books, and cooking for my family.

Kelly Sutton-Skinner
Director of College Counseling
- Hometown: I’m originally from Bryn Mawr, PA, but grew up in Tampa, FL.
- Alma Mater: University of Pennsylvania (BA); Teachers College, Columbia University (MA)
- Professional Career: I have previously worked in admissions at Teachers College-Columbia University, Barnard College, Marymount Manhattan College, and Baruch College-CUNY. I also previously worked in college counseling at the United Nations International School.
- Hobbies: Running (often with Team in Training), reading, trying new foods

Tasha Toran

Professional Career: I have previously worked at 3 other high schools in counseling and admissions. This is my 19th year at Dwight-Englewood as Director of College Counseling

Kevin Parsons
Director of College Counseling
- Hometown: I grew up in Durham, NH, but more recently lived in Philly for ten years.
- Alma Mater: Marist College (BA), University of Pennsylvania (MSEd)
- Professional Career: I previously worked in college admission at University of Delaware, American University, and Princeton University. Since switching to the college counseling side of the desk, I have worked at the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur and Blair Academy.
- Hobbies: Hiking, Mountain biking, running (not very quickly), NYT Crosswording, and supporting my beloved Boston sports teams.
